Boston is set to welcome its latest hometown cruise ship on Sunday, July 14, and this isn’t just any vessel – it’s the iconic Love Boat. Princess Cruises, renowned globally, is introducing the 3,080-passenger Emerald Princess to Flynn Cruiseport Boston, marking the start of its inaugural season for scenic Canada & New England voyages. This season includes an extraordinary chance to explore the world’s largest island, Greenland.

The Emerald Princess offers 10 Canada & New England cruises, ranging from seven to 17 days. Guests will be enchanted by the vibrant fall foliage showcasing deep reds, purples, oranges, and yellows, along with colonial history, picturesque lighthouses, and the pleasure of fresh seafood in charming seaside towns. Additionally, there is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to visit three ports in Greenland, renowned for its breathtaking fjords and diverse wildlife.

“The debut of Emerald Princess for our maiden Boston season celebrates a convenient new home port for New Englanders and beyond to set sail on a premium cruise at an exceptional value, especially when compared to land-based vacations,” said John Padgett, Princess Cruises president. “Our presence also generates substantial revenue for local businesses from our guests and crew, as we’ll bring upwards of 30,000 cruisers to experience all that Boston has to offer.”

The Emerald Princess will be offering an array of cruises from Boston between July 14 and October 7, 2024, including:
