Three killer moves and a 21-minute workout are all it takes to torch muscles from head to toe, and this dumbbell-only workout seriously raises the game.

Of the best CrossFit workouts, this is one of my favorites. The EMOM (every minute on the minute) lasts for seven rounds and 21 minutes, with three moves to repeatedly battle every three minutes. You can scale the reps and weights to suit your ability, but we strongly advise learning the three full-body exercises below before trying the workout.
