JetBlue begins daily Boston-Paris service

JetBlue has commenced a new daily service between Boston Logan International Airport and Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport.

The direct service follows the carrier’s launch last summer of a daily service between New York JFK and Paris CDG, which is set to increase to twice daily from 20 June.

Flights operated on Airbus A321 aircraft depart from Boston at 20:00 and arrive in Paris the following day at 9:15. Meanwhile, flights from Paris depart at 11:15 and land in Boston at 13:02.

“The response to our New York-Paris flight has been overwhelming and we’ve been looking forward to adding a daily flight from Boston as well,” said JetBlue head of revenue and planning, Dave Clark.

“Boston customers have not had a lot of choices when flying to Paris,” he said, adding the carrier is ready “to shake things up and finally bring some real competition into this market”.

The US carrier also offers daily flights from Boston to London and Amsterdam, as well as a recently launched seasonal service to Dublin.
